Miley Cyrus was spotted out jet-skiing in the waters off of Tybee Island, Georgia on Sunday afternoon, June 14.
Down south for the filming of “The Last Song,” Miley and her gal pal took to the waves - although they failed to uphold state law requiring life jacket use.
