- Cabbage Diet – used by Sarah Michelle Gellar, this 7 day diet is designed to help you lose 10lbs in a week. Core to succeeding with this diet is a soup concoction which consists of cabbage, onions and tomatoes, and the daily inclusion of potatoes, fruit juice, milk and on 1 day beef.
- Banana Diet – promoted by Nicole Ritchie, you can eat as many bananas as you want for breakfast then eat normally for the rest of the day.
- Acai Berry Diet – endorsed by Oprah Winfrey and Brad Pitt, whilst preparing for his film ‘Burn after Reading’ Brad used Acai Berry to help him lose 20lbs of straight fat.
Whilst many celebrities have experienced success with these diets, it is the gruelling workouts they follow that have helped them to achieve it. All their low calorie diets have done is give them a temporary weight loss fix that will disappear when they stop the diet.
